RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Dreamo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains our process for returns, refunds, replacements, and redelivery. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

To exercise a cancellation or change-of-mind return right, contact us within the applicable cancellation period before returning an item. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For a change-of-mind return, you may be responsible for return postage where this has been clearly disclosed before purchase. If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or the return results from our error, we will deal with return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT PROCESSING

GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Gift cards are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Any treatment of promotional, sale, or clearance items remains subject to your statutory rights.
